My name is not showing on my certificate
When you initially enrolled, you may not have setup your profile. Go to Admin (only shows when logged in). Click on Name & Password. Please complete your full name as you would like it to appear on your certificate. It should now show up.
How to I change my photo for the "Your Courses" page?
The systems uses the popular Gravitar application. Add your photo within Gravitar and it will appear whenever you use your same email address (you can connect multiple emails). It will replace the Chanimal University logo (set by default) with your photo.
How do I order the printed certificate?
When you complete the course you will automatically get a personalized high resolution PDF certificate that you can print and display.
In addition, if you are in the United States, and it is a PAID course, you will automatically (you don’t have to order) receive a high quality 8 1/2 x 11 paper certificate, with an official number and a gold foil validation seal that is suitable for framing. It should look similar to your online version, but it may have some variations.
Paper certifications are usually shipped within 1-2 business days and arrive within 2-5 days. Please make sure you registered with the name you would like on your certificate and your complete and current address. Contact Us if it hasn’t arrived within a week.
Where can I make course suggestions?
Please complete the Course Suggestions form to make suggestions, ideas, corrections, submit a review, contribute content, or anything you feel would make the certification courses and content more effective. Thank you!!
Is there a LIVE component?
Yes. The system has a Chat that is LIVE during regular working hours–so you can ask questions and get help and additional resources. You can also call anytime, or schedule a one-on-one session for specific questions.
In addition, there is a LIVE one-hour Q&A Lab every Thursday at 2 pm CST (Austin, TX). Go to GoToMeet.me/TedFinch – no login required. It is an open session for any questions. Your instructor attends for the first 15 minutes, then remains for the rest of the hour if students have shown up for help.
